Welcome to Indigo Pharmacy at Mid-Main.

Your Integrated Pharmacy

Mid-Main Community Health Centre has partnered with Indigo Pharmacy to incorporate a full-service pharmacy directly into our clinic

Beyond just dispensing medications, Indigo Clinical Pharmacists are ready to provide medication reviews, pharmacotherapy advice, immunizations, and a variety of other services and their team includes specialists in diabetes and chronic pain.  They have also developed an advocacy system for patients to make it as easy as possible to get the most out of their insurance plans, particularly with specialty medications that require prior approval forms or drug manufacturer support programs.

Prescription Renewals

Our pharmacists work with the clinicians at Mid-Main to ensure that you never run out of medications.  In most situations, our pharmacists can help you if you run out of refills by extending your prescription for up to three months allowing you to follow up with your Mid-Main prescriber at a time that is convenient for you.

If you find you have run out of refills, give our pharmacy a call and we will make sure you don’t go without your medication.

Medication Reviews and Advice

In an ideal world, people should be on the fewest number of medications possible and doses should be optimized to reduce side effects and maximize benefit.  Our pharmacists are available to sit down and review your medications with you and make sure all your questions are answered as well as suggest changes.

We have multiple pharmacists who are Certified Diabetes Educators as well as pharmacists with special interests in chronic pain and public health.  Call us to today to see if we can help ensure your medication regimen is tailored for you.
