Pharmacists

Vaughn Chauvin

Vaughn Chauvin, B.Sc.Pharm, R.Ph, CDE

Vaughn Chauvin is the manager and an owner of Indigo Pharmacy Mid-Main and is a graduate of the University of Toronto. He also completed a Community Pharmacy Residency from UBC which included a rotation at MMCHC with long-time Mid-Main pharmacist, Susan Troesch. His background includes a variety of different practices including working as a medication management pharmacist for an interdisciplinary pain program. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor at UBC in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus in pain therapeutics and responsible opioid use and a Certified Diabetes Educator. Outside of work he is a singer in Phoenix Chamber Choir and an avid road cyclist and hiker.

Connie Lee

Connie Lee, B.Sc.Pharm, R.Ph, CDE

Connie graduated from the UBC Pharmaceutical Sciences program in 2007 and has been working with Indigo Pharmacy Group since 2019. She has a particular interest in diabetes and is a certified diabetes educator. She enjoys working together with patients and their healthcare team to improve health outcomes in alignment with their personal goals. She is also a mother to a lively preschooler.

Rezin Jasim, B.Sc.Pharm, M.Sc, R.Ph, CDE

Rezin graduated from the University of Jordan in 2010 and moved to Canada shortly after. She has been practicing since 2012 and has worked in different settings in the community. Rezin also holds a master’s degree in Public Health from The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator and happy to meet with patients to discuss how to better manage their blood sugar. She joined Indigo Pharmacy Group in 2021 and has been enjoying the clinical environment where she works closely with other health care providers.

Rejina Kim, B.Sc.Pharm, R.Ph

Jina graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019 and moved back to her hometown, BC. She joined Indigo Pharmacy in 2020 initially as a pharmacy assistant where she learned to appreciate the clinical aspects of multidisciplinary healthcare. She enjoys working closely with other healthcare professionals with the ultimate goal of patient-centered care in mind. She strongly believes in lifelong learning and continues to learn to provide the highest quality of care.
