- Prescription refills/medication adjustments

- UTI/bladder/urinary condition 
- Mild cold/cough/flu 
- Forms that do not require a physical exam 
Virtual OK if:
follow-up and not worsened or significantly changed
- Headache 
- Sexual health 
- Dizziness/vertigo 
- Numbness/tingling 
- Moderate cold/cough/flu 
- Stomach/digestion/gastro issues 
- Follow-up on pain – back, chest, abdominal, muscle, joint 
In-Person Required
- Anytime a patient or provider prefers an in-person visit 
- Well baby/child exam, prenatal care 
- Procedures - biopsy, liquid nitrogen 
- Severe illness or cold/cough/flu 
- Child with fever 
- New pain – back, chest, abdominal, ear 
- Muscle/tendon/joint pain/injury 
- Language barrier 
- Rashes/skin conditions 
These visits require a physical exam, procedures or immunizations, or are types of care best done in person.
